Objectives
- Provide equitable access to quality education for children, youth, and adults, integrating literacy, numeracy, digital, and financial skills into formal and non-formal learning programs.
- Equip youth and women with market-driven vocational, entrepreneurial, and life skills, enabling them to secure employment or establish sustainable businesses.
- Deliver integrated programs that bridge emergency relief with long-term educational and economic development, ensuring communities can recover and thrive after crises.
- Strengthen the capacities of Somali communities to overcome social, economic, and educational barriers through locally driven, inclusive, and sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with government institutions, the private sector, and civil society to scale innovative education and skills development models across Somalia.
- Re-enforce the capacities of local communities in Africa to overcome divisions and to come up with homegrown,organic solutions to conflict;
- create a safe space where communities in Africa can gather to discuss and rectify issues of concern to them
- Provide sustainable programs that bridge emergency relief and long-term development at the grassroots level
- Respond quickly to both man-made and natural disasters in Africa by providing lifesaving support in the form of food distribution, provision of safe drinking water, shelter and essential non-food items to IDPs
- Provide equitable access to basic human needs and combat poverty to minimize the potential for deadly conflicts;
- Work collaboratively with likeminded organizations and individuals to achieve organizational mission and objectives;
