Is a non-profit making and non-Governmental Organization working in South West State, Jubbaland State, Hirshabelle State and Galmudug State of Somalia and the Capital City of Keyna. SYPD headquarter office Is located in Mogadishu Capital City of Somalia Afisiyoni Street 2nd Avenue Opposite of 21st October Secondary School, Waberi district, Banadir Region.
SYPD Background
The collapse of the Somali government in 1991 dragged Somalia into a miserable condition characterized by chronic insecurity, massive displacement and lack of adequate access to basic human needs such as food, water and shelter. Amid this horrific state, a young Somali national established SYPD on August 24th 2004 with the aim of contributing to the relief of human suffering in the country while initiating homegrown, organic solutions to the intractable conflict that besieged the country.
